Everything in Free, plus proposals with approved times and booking deposits, recurring services, invitation-only client spaces with shared boards, discussion, and review decisions, weekly openings, and managers. Seven-day Plus trial, once per owner workspace. No card required.
- The money goes straight to your connected payment account, never through BuiltLong, and pays out to your bank. Card processing and ad spend are separate from the BuiltLong fee.
- A custom domain is a $99 yearly add-on on either plan. An eligible .com is registered, connected, and renewed for you.
- Managed Ads is available on Plus for a Google Ads account you own, within the spending limits you approve, with ad spend paid to Google directly.

BuiltLong gets a client from first look to a paid booking. Delivery stays with your specialist tools.

Questions about BuiltLong for photographers
Do clients see my calendar?
No. BuiltLong never reads or changes your calendar. A client sees only the three or four times you put in their proposal.
How does the booking deposit work?
When the client picks a time, it is held for 45 minutes while they pay. The deposit goes straight to your connected payment account, and the completed payment confirms the booking. Proposals need Plus or an active trial.
Can I keep my gallery and contract tools?
Yes. BuiltLong covers the site, the inquiry, and the booking. Galleries, contracts, editing, and delivery stay where they are.
Can a couple review a shortlist privately?
Yes, on Plus. Turn on client spaces to share a board of selected images, keep the discussion beside it, and record the couple's approval or requested changes.
What does Free include?
Your site, the inquiry form, and one-time payment requests, with a 2% fee on payments you collect. Plus is $9 a month or $99 a year, lowers the fee to 1%, and adds proposals, client spaces, and weekly openings.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Your site goes live on a free builtlong.com address when you publish. A custom domain is a $99 yearly add-on, and we register, connect, and renew an eligible .com for you or connect one you already own.
