Set an overall client-facing status and optionally publish recurring openings on Plus.
Set the overall status
Availability can show that the business is accepting projects, has a waitlist open, or is not accepting projects. This status is available on Free and Plus. Not accepting projects also closes the public inquiry action.
List recurring openings
Structured openings require Plus or an active Plus trial. Add only recurring times you genuinely want a client to ask about. Each opening records the service, local weekday and time, canonical IANA timezone, delivery format, optional client or audience, location or meeting note, and whether that opening is open or waitlist.
An opening is a current business signal, not an automatic booking. Built Long does not reserve the time or add it to a calendar. Confirm the exact date, time, and terms with the client before treating the work as booked.
If Plus or Availability is later turned off, existing opening history stays visible to the business but becomes read-only and disappears from the public site.
