Understand plans, billing, and fees
Separate the Built Long plan, client-payment fees, Stripe processing, domains, and future ad spend.
Free and Plus
Free is $0 with a 2% fee only on payments collected through Built Long. Free does not expire. Plus is $9 monthly or $99 yearly, lowers that fee to 1%, and includes guided proposals, bookings, private client spaces, and structured recurring availability. Each owner workspace can use one seven-day Plus trial without a card. Managed Ads is coming soon and will require Plus.
Billing country
Set the business and billing country under Settings before checkout. Built Long uses that saved country to show an available local price and currency. An existing billing account keeps its original country and currency.
Separate charges
A custom domain is a separate $99 yearly subscription. Stripe processing for client payments and future advertising spend are separate from the Built Long plan.
Recurring client services
Recurring Services lets a business publish an ongoing offer with a weekly, monthly, or yearly billing schedule. From the public offer, the payer continues to Built Long's secure sign-in and private enrollment page, identifies who receives the service, and keeps private access to payment receipts. A first-payment discount can be a percentage in any supported plan currency or a fixed amount in one matching currency.
Existing clients keep receipt and billing access if the business later changes its Built Long plan or disables new enrollment. Hosted subscriptions are managed in Stripe's Billing Portal; a scheduled cancellation remains active through the current paid period, and the receipt page updates from signed Stripe events.
