Choose your hosted address

Use builtlong.com on any plan or studioaddress.com with Plus. Earlier addresses redirect to the current one.

Your hosted address

Publishing a site gives it a hosted address made from the business name and a six-character ID, such as northline-advisory-2a3b4c.builtlong.com. Renaming the business updates the readable part of the address, and the earlier address redirects to the new one.

Choose a hosting domain

After your site is published, open Website and select Change hosted address. Each choice under Hosted address shows the address your site would use.

  • builtlong.com is included on every plan.
  • studioaddress.com requires Plus or an active Plus trial.

Pick a domain and select Save hosted address. Your site, inquiries, payment links, and settings stay the same. Inquiry emails and other links BuiltLong sends from then on use the new address.

Earlier addresses keep working

Every earlier hosted address keeps working. Visitors, saved links, and search engines that use one are sent to your current address on the same page, including any campaign details in the link. You can switch back at any time.

If Plus ends

When Plus ends, your site uses builtlong.com again and the studioaddress.com address redirects there. BuiltLong keeps your choice, so your site returns to studioaddress.com when Plus is active again.

Clean addresses and custom domains

A clean address, which unlocks after your first paid Plus invoice, uses your current hosting domain, for example northline.studioaddress.com. A connected custom domain is always your public address, and hosted addresses on either domain redirect to it.
