Delete your Built Long account
Review workspace and provider blockers, sign in again when needed, and permanently remove an eligible account.
Open Account settings
Open **Account settings** from the Account menu. The danger zone explains what Built Long removes, what the business keeps, and any step that must finish first.
A manager can delete an eligible account and leave the business. The business site, inquiries, client spaces, media, payments, and required business records remain with the owner. A business owner must use Support to transfer ownership or close the business because Built Long does not yet have a safe self-service ownership-transfer or tenant-closure workflow.
Complete required steps
Deletion is blocked while this account is an active client-space participant or payer, or while a Support delivery or confirmed change has an uncertain outcome. An owner also sees separate blockers for Built Long Billing, Stripe client payments, domain work, pending money movement, and durable notifications. Follow the link shown with each blocker and return to Account settings after it reaches a final state.
Confirm permanent deletion
Your current sign-in session must have been created within the last 15 minutes. If it is older, sign out and sign in again. Then enter **DELETE MY BUILT LONG ACCOUNT** exactly and choose **Permanently delete account**.
There is no recovery grace period. Built Long immediately revokes every session and pending sign-in challenge, disables the identity, removes private Support and assistant content, and replaces the name and email profile with a non-routable tombstone. Required payment, receipt, review-decision, provider-event, and security evidence may remain without a reusable account profile.
