Offer approved times and collect a booking deposit
Create a guided proposal from an accepted inquiry, let the client choose one approved time, and retain the booking record.
Prepare the proposal
Proposals and bookings require Plus or an active Plus trial and a connected payment account with charges enabled. Start from an accepted or contacted inquiry. Name the service, set the booking deposit, and offer three or four times you have already approved. Built Long does not read or change an outside calendar.
The private client link is shown once after creation. Share it only with the named client. The client sees the service, deposit, and approved options, then chooses one time.
Complete the booking
Choosing a time holds it for 45 minutes while the client pays the deposit. Start secure checkout by the deadline shown, just under 15 minutes after choosing, so the payment page has its full 30-minute provider window. If checkout does not start in time, the option is released and the client can choose an available option again. A completed signed Stripe payment confirms the booking.
Disabling Proposals stops new proposals, client choices, and new checkouts. It does not erase the proposal, booking, payment, refund, or dispute history. You can still withdraw an open proposal, cancel or complete a booking when allowed, and handle refunds or disputes in Stripe.
One-time payment requests remain separate. Use them when the client does not need to select one of your approved times.
